I started with the company as a Sales Consultant where I quickly learned that customer service, hard work and working as part of a team were a direct result of my success. I moved into the Finance Office and exceeded the expectations of my Managers, at which point I was moved into the role of Sales Manager and began my path of coaching the next generation of Sales Consultants entering the Auto Industry. I spent my time focusing on generating results and successes within the industry and priding myself on assisting Sales Consultants in achieving their goals.

I found my passion for the military very early in life joining cadets and then moving into the reserve force, after some time with the reserves I felt that this was the path for me. I made the transfer into the regular froces where I served as a gunner in the Artillery. I found that the military taught me the discipline and focus needed for lifes lesson. I strived on the processes and structure that were in place to ensure that failure was not an option.

I have focused my attention on the details with in a process driven training program that has delivered high results with in the Sales and Service department. I currently oversee the day to day activities of running a dealership. I have successfully trained and managed a variety of individuals that have proven results. After taking on the leadership role here at Metro Toyota Duncan we as a team have been awarded numerous awards for Sales results over and above Market Share and targets as well as exceeding Customers expectations setting the bar for the industry.
